In 2012, we launched the Advancing: With Honor program to help officer and enlisted veterans from all branches of the military, including wounded warriors and military spouses, transition from active duty or other industries to a career at Thermo Fisher.

Spend a Day at Thermo Fisher
The Military Apprenticeship Program (MAP) allows hand-selected, pre-screened veterans to spend a day with us, going through resume reviews, mock interviews, touring our campus and meeting our leaders. The purpose of MAP is two-fold: to allow transitioning service members to discover a potential career at Thermo Fisher and to introduce exceptional military talent to potential hiring managers.
